Ring

A burning candle gradually becomes less heavy as the wax vanishes in the flame. RING turns this change into movement. Suspended on one side, a tealight is at first heavier than the grip at opposite end. Eventually, the balance changes and the object comes alive, slowly rolling over to the other side. The movement is gentle and the tealight stays safely horizontal.

Made from two interlocking stainless steel elements in a matte finish, partially hand-bent.
